As a Marketing Specialist at Spectrum Cables, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our products and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
Creating compelling marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Managing digital marketing channels including website, social media, and email campaigns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and sales tools
Tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the cable or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis tools
Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our valued customers. You will collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their technical queries and resolving any issues. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with product selection, installation, and troubleshooting
Providing technical training to internal teams and customers
Collaborating with the engineering team to develop solutions for customer-specific requirements
Developing technical documentation and support materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in the cable or manufacturing industry - Strong knowledge of cables, connectors, and relevant technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
